Turkey or Ham Tetrazzini
Turkey Or Ham Tetrazzini is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. diced or chunked cooked turkey or ham, 8 oz. thin spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces, 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. sliced mushrooms and 3 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Saute the onions in the butter or margarine, adding the mushrooms as well.
Add seasonings, blend in the broth, stirring until smooth. Gradually add the milk, stirring until smooth and somewhat thickened.
Meanwhile, cook and drain the spaghetti.
In a buttered, shallow casserole, mix the cooked turkey pieces with the spaghetti.
Pour the sauce over, blending together.
Top with the cheeses, and bake at 350Β° for half an hour, just until the top is lightly browned.
