Turkey and Sausage Hash
Leftover roast turkey gets a second life crisped with brown-and-serve sausage, onion, and green pepper in a creamy, herb-flecked gravy. Toasted bread cubes finish it with crunch.

Brown sausage as directed on package.
Add butter, onion and green pepper and cook about 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, then milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Add turkey, parsley, seasonings and bread cubes.
Cook over very low heat about 25 minutes to blend flavors.
Serve hot.
