Tuna Cream Puffs
Tuna Cream Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt butter in 1 cup boiling water.
Add flour and salt all at once; stir in vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until smooth (until not glossy). by heaps in a tablespoon 3 inches apart greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° until golden brown and puffy, about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool and split.
Then add tuna fish.
(Do not make a double batch.)
