Tomato Aspic Salad
Tomato Aspic Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. plain gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1/2 c. vinegar, 2 c. tomato juice and 1/2 small onion, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soften gelatin in cold water and vinegar.
Mix tomato juice, onion, salt and pepper.
Boil 5 minutes.
Add horseradish, lemon juice and sugar.
Add softened gelatin; stir until dissolved. Cool.
Add cabbage, celery, green pepper and pimento.
Mix well. Pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
