Tofu Patties
Tofu Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 onion, minced, 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 1 pkg. tofu (16 to 20 oz.), 2 tbsp. flour and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion, celery and pepper in oil until soft.
Drain tofu; mash it with a fork and mix in with egg, flour, salt and soy sauce.
Add vegetables and curry or cheese.
Form into patties; cover with wheat germ or corn meal and griddle until done or bake at 350Β°.
