Toasted Praline Sauce
Toasted Praline Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, 1/2 c. heavy cream (whip), 1 tbsp. bourbon, 1 1/2 c. toasted pecans and 1/2 c. light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine egg yolks, sugar and butter in heavy saucepan over low heat.
Stir until well blended.
Add cream, bourbon and vanilla. Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, stir in pecans. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Reheat and serve over pound cake. Contains 78 calories per serving.
