Thyme, Onion and Chives Muffins
Thyme, Onion And Chives Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour, 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 1 t. baking powder, 1/2 t. salt and 2 t. fresh, or 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, combine flours, baking powder, salt, thyme, onion, and chives.
In a separate bowl mix the butter, egg and milk.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry, stirring only until the dry ingredients are moist.
DO NOT OVER MIX!
Spoon the batter into well oiled or paper lined muffin cups.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean.
