Texas Bar-B-Q Brisket
Texas Bar-B-Q Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Rub brisket with unseasoned tenderizing salt.
Place in pan fat side up.
Stir together liquid smoke, worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and pour over meat.
Cover tightly with foil. Cook in oven 300 degrees for 1 hour; turn down to 200 degrees and cook 8 to 10 hours.
Serves 10 to 12 persons.
