Swiss Meat Balls
Swiss Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. butter and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a large bowl, combine beef, 2 tablespoons onion soup mix and milk.
Mix well and shape firmly into balls.
Brown meat balls in butter.
Remove pan from heat.
Stir in flour, remaining soup mix, water and parsley.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Gradually stir in sour cream; heat, but do not boil. Serve over rice.
