Swiss Fondue
Swiss Fondue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 clove garlic, 2 c. dry white wine, 1 lb. swiss cheese (4 c.), shredded, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Rub garlic clove over inside of fondue pot or earthenware pot. Pour in wine.
Heat until bubbles form.
Combine cheese and cornstarch.
Add to wine, small portion at a time, stirring until cheese melts.
Add rest of ingredients.
Serve with bite size pieces of French bread, toasted or not.
