Swiss Cheese Soup
Swiss Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 21 oz. milk, 8 oz. kraft cheez whiz, 8 oz. swiss cheese, shredded and 10 oz. sauterne wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in saucepan and slowly add flour to make roux. Add milk and chicken stock, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in Cheez Whiz and Swiss cheese.
Stir constantly and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Just before serving, add Sauterne wine and let simmer for an additional minute.
After dishing out into soup cups, put a dash of Kirschwasser on top of each serving.
Yields approximately 2 quarts or 10 servings.
