Wash chard; slit lengthwise and chop.

Bring a pan of water to a boil; cook chard; drain.

Fry bacon; reserve 2 Tbsp. fat. Crumble bacon, set aside.

Dice onion; set aside.

Beat eggs with 2 Tbsp. milk.

Weaken vinegar with water to make 1/2 C. Add to egg mixture and cook till thickened.

Add chard, crumbled bacon, and raw onion.

Serve at once.
