Sweet Skillet Meatballs
Sweet Skillet Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 egg, beaten, 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 3/4 c. water, divided and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup water, onion, salt and pepper.
Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Set aside.
In a large skillet, bring remaining water to a boil, add the bouillon cubes, brown sugar, raisins, lemon juice and gingersnaps.
Stir until thoroughly combined.
Add meatballs to skillet.
Simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes, until meat is no longer pink.
Stir occasionally.
Serve over noodles.
