Sweet Potato Pie
Sweet Potato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. potatoes for each pie or approximately 4 to 6 large or 8 to 10 small sweet potatoes, 4 large or 6 small eggs, 1/2 lb. butter or 2 sticks margarine, 2 c. granulated sugar and 1 c. carnation or pet milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mash potatoes.
Melt butter and add to potatoes.
Add sugar and salt.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, or all together.
Beat until smooth.
Add milk and beat again until smooth.
Lastly, add spices.
Pour into 4 to 5 pie shells (4 full or 5 medium-full pies).
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes until browned.
