Sweet Potato Pecan Pie
Sweet Potato Pecan Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes, 3 eggs, lightly beaten, 2/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix together in medium size bowl, sweet potatoes, 3 eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, evaporated milk, spices and 2 tablespoons butter; set aside.
Mix all other ingredients well and add together in large bowl; stir well.
Pour mixture into 2 pie shells, dividing equally. Bake in oven at 325Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
