Sweet Potato Casserole
Sweet Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium sweet potatoes or yams, boiled in skins, 1 egg, beaten, 1/4 c. half and half, 5 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel, mash and whip sweet potatoes until smooth.
You should have 3 cups potatoes after mashing.
Add beaten egg, half and half, sugar, salt and Cointreau.
Beat until light and fluffy. Put in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
