Sweet Potato Bake
Sweet Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Place potatoes and enough water to cover in a saucepan and cook until tender.
Cool slightly and peel.
In a large bowl, mash potatoes.
Stir in butter, sugar and raisins.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or heated through and marshmallows brown.
