Sweet and Sour Pork
Sweet And Sour Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 1 lb. boneless pork, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks (undrained), 1/2 to 1 green pepper and 1/2 c. corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oil in skillet with pork (lightly seasoned with garlic salt), cut into bite size pieces.
Add pineapple and green pepper. Turn heat down to low.
When pineapple juice starts to thicken and brown, add cornstarch (into which vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic have been stirred).
When pork and pepper are fork-tender, add thickening made of 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water and stir until clear.
Serve over cooked rice.
