Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Sweet And Sour Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. sausage, salt and pepper to taste, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or cereal crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix meat, eggs, crumbs, onion, parsley flakes and Worcestershire sauce together.
Season to taste.
Shape into meatballs and bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.

Stir in reserved pineapple syrup, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth.
Pour into skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and boiling.
