Coat chicken with flour.

Fry in a large skillet and brown all sides.

Remove and place in shallow baking pan and arrange pieces to fit.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Reheat oven to 350Β°. Drain pineapple juice in measuring cup and add water to make 1 1/4 cups of liquid. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and bouillon cube. Bring to a boil, stirring until smooth.

Boil 2 minutes; pour over chicken.

Add pineapple chunks and green pepper strips.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered, until tender.
