Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1 lb. ground veal, 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 2 eggs and 1 medium onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together meats, eggs, onion, crumbs, salt and pepper. Roll into 1-inch balls.
Put on cookie sheet and bake in 350° to 375° oven until browned.
Mix soups together in large casserole dish.
Add browned meatballs.
Put in refrigerator and marinate all day or overnight.
Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
