Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. fine bread crumbs, 1 c. milk, 2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soften bread crumbs in 1 cup milk.
Add beef, onion, eggs and seasonings.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into balls.
Heat butter in a large skillet; add meatballs and stir 1/3 cup flour (increase?) into drippings.
Dissolve beef cubes in hot water and gradually add to flour mixture.
Add milk and cream.
Cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
Add meatballs and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes large pan for hors d'oeuvres or serve over noodles.
