Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. level cracker crumbs, 1 tbsp. flour, 3/4 c. milk and 1 medium diced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix meat, cracker crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, onion and flour. Lightly brown onion in butter; add to meat mixture.
Shape into balls; lightly brown in same pan as onion.
Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover with soup (plus 1/2 can of water).
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, then uncover for 10 more minutes.
