Swedish Meat Loaf
Swedish Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2/3 can evaporated milk, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 envelope onion soup (dry) and 1 tsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine beef, milk, 1/3 can soup, dry onion soup mix, parsley flakes, thyme and nutmeg.
Place in a 12 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish.
Shape into a loaf. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until done. Heat remaining soup and sour cream, stirring constantly.
Serve over meat loaf.
