Swedish Meat Balls
Swedish Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1/4 lb. ground pork, 3 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 egg and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix beef and pork together.
Soak bread cubes in milk and egg mixture.
Add rest of ingredients and add to meat.
Mix well with hands until blended.
Form into balls about size of walnuts. Brown meat balls in 2 tablespoons fat (or oil) on all sides.
When all are browned, add beef broth (about 1 cup) and cook, covered, until done, about 20 to 30 minutes.
