Cook udon noodles according to package directions.

Drain and set aside.

Use plenty of water.

Cut up vegetables in large bite size pieces.

(They will shrink when you cook them.)

Cut tofu in 1 x 1-inch cubes.

Keep vegetables separate.

Heat wok on medium-high.

Put whole bottle of sukiyaki sauce in wok.

Add beef. (Keep on one side of wok.)

Cook 5 minutes.

Add vegetables, tofu and udon.

Keep separate in wok while cooking.

Don't mix.

After all items are cooked, serve in bowls.
