Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter or margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets. In a medium size bowl, resift flour with baking powder and salt. Set aside.
`In a large bowl, cream the sugar, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until dough is just blended.
Wrap dough in wax paper and put in refrigerator for about 1 hour so it can be rolled more easily.
