Stuffed Turkey Loaf
Stuffed Turkey Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 3 c. prepared stuffing mix and 2 eggs, lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a medium skillet, saute onion and celery in butter or margarine until translucent.
In a medium bowl, combine onion, celery, stuffing mix, eggs and water; mix well.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, plus half the stuffing mixture, mixed well.
Pat out half the turkey stuffing mixture in 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Spoon remaining stuffing over turkey mixture.
Pour tomato juice on top.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours, until turkey is no longer pink.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
