Stuffed Squash
Stuffed Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 yellow squash, 2 small zucchini, 4 slices bacon, 3/4 c. bread crumbs and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Halve squash and cook in microwave 5 minutes.
Scrape out squash.
Saute onion, green pepper and bacon.
Drain off grease. Add tomato, zucchini and microwave 5 minutes.
Add bread crumbs, egg (beaten), salt, pepper and cheese.
Fill squash shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes in 350Β° oven.
