Stuffed Pasta Shells
Stuffed Pasta Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. jumbo pasta shells, 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, 1 lb. ground beef round, 1/2 lb. bulk italian sausage and 2/3 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook shells in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Dice half Mozzarella cheese; slice the rest.
In large skillet, brown ground round and sausage and drain off grease.
Add bread crumbs, milk, parsley, egg and diced Mozzarella cheese to the meat and mix well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Fill cooked shells with meat mixture.
Place half tomato sauce in a shallow 3-quart baking dish.
Place stuffed shells in dish; top with remaining sauce and sliced Mozzarella. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
