Stuffed Mushrooms(Great Appetizer When Having A Nice Dinner For Two) is an moderately easy dinner. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Wash mushrooms and drain on paper towel. Pull stems from mushrooms and finely chop.
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat.
Add chopped mushroom stems and onion.
Saute until tender and translucent.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soft breadcrumbs, cheese and salt and pepper.
Salt insides of mushroom caps and fill with sauteed mixture, mounding slightly. Add 2 Tbsp. water to shallow baking dish.
Arrange mushroom caps in dish.
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes 8 to 10 appetizers.
