Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. grated romano cheese, 2 tbsp. parsley and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Remove stems of mushrooms; wash and dice.
Saute in olive oil until tender.
Add bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper and crushed garlic, stirring constantly until crumbs are toasted.
Spoon over mushrooms and spoon on melted margarine.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
