Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 medium or large sized mushrooms, 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 8 tbsp. butter, 1 c. bread crumbs (soft or dry) and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Rinse and drain mushrooms.
Remove stems from mushrooms and save the caps.
Chop the stems finely and saute with the garlic in 4 tablespoons butter.
Add the bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
Briefly saute the mushroom caps in 3 tablespoons butter.
Stuff the caps with the bread crumb mixture and place in a buttered shallow baking dish.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon melted butter over mushrooms.
Bake until very hot, approximately 15 minutes.
