Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium mushrooms, 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. finely chopped green onions, 1/4 c. finely chopped celery and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash mushrooms; remove stems.
Chop stems finely.
In large skillet, melt butter; add onions, celery and mushroom stems. Simmer until celery is tender.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Fill mushroom caps with onion mixture.
Arrange caps, stuffed side up, in the same skillet.
Simmer for 5 minutes, covered.
Serve with steaks, chops or chicken, etc.
Makes 4 servings.
