Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, large, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 clove garlic, 2 finely chopped onions and 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash mushrooms, remove stems.
Chop stems finely and saute with onions, garlic, margarine until liquid evaporates.
In a bowl, combine cooked mixture with bread crumbs, cheese, oil, parsley, and oregano, salt and pepper.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture using last tablespoon oil to brush on top of stuffed mushrooms.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
