Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. medium mushrooms, 6 tbsp. margarine, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese and 2 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove mushroom stems; chop enough stems to measure 1/2 cup and set aside.
Cook mushroom caps over medium heat in margarine about 5 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Combine cream cheese and Blue cheese; mix well.
Stir in chopped stems and onion, if desired.
Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture.
Place on cookie sheet and broil until golden brown.
