Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 medium mushrooms, 1/4 c. green onions, 1 clove of garlic, 1/4 c. melted margarine or butter and 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash and dry mushrooms.
Remove stems from mushroom caps. Place mushroom caps in a greased 8 X 8-inch baking dish.
Saute mushroom stems, onion and garlic in margarine for about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese.
Divide stuffing mixture evenly among mushroom caps.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot.
Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted (5 minutes).
