Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms, 6 tbsp. melted butter, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1/2 c. breadcrumbs and 1/2 c. toasted chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove stems, chop and set aside.
Brush outside of caps with some of the butter; place caps in a buttered shallow 9-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining butter, onion and chopped stems in a saucepan; saute 5 minutes.
Stir in breadcrumbs, walnuts, salt and pepper.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
