Stuffed Green Peppers

Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds and membrane. Precook green peppers in boiling water about 5 minutes; drain. Sprinkle inside with salt.
Brown meat and onions; add tomatoes, rice Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer until almost tender, about 5 minutes.
Stuff peppers and stand upright in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
