Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 large peppers, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 small chopped onion, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. garlic salt or plain salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut top off peppers, stem ends and remove seeds.
Leave whole and scald in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Cook hamburger and onion until done.
Drain and stir in salt, cooked rice, corn and tomato sauce.
Heat thoroughly.
Stuff the peppers and place in a baking pan or Pyrex with just enough water to cover bottom of the pan (about 2 tablespoons).
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β° or until peppers are tender.
