Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 green peppers, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3 slices white bread, soaked in hot water, 1 small onion and 1 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut top off peppers.
Remove seeds and rinse with water. Soak white bread in hot water for 1 minute.
Squeeze out excess water and add bouillon cube into bread to dissolve.
Mix bread into meat.
Add onion, nutmeg, pepper and eggs.
Mix well and stuff peppers.
In large saucepan heat oil and add peppers.
Fry for two minutes.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil and gravy mix.
Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Serve with Rice.
