Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler
Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. frozen chopped rhubarb, 2 c. sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen), 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 2 1/2 c. sugar and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam. Place rhubarb and strawberries in bottom of pan.
Combine flour, sugar, milk and almond extract.
The dough will be lumpy.
Pour over the fruit.
Do not stir.
Pour melted margarine over the dough.
Use a toothpick to swirl into the dough.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Great with ice cream.
