Steve'S Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1/4 lb. butter, 1 large can milk, 1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 pt. jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

In medium saucepan, combine the first 3 ingredients.

In a large mixing bowl, mix chocolate chips and Marshmallow Crème. Cook sugar mixture in pan until soft ball stage. (To tell when you have come to this stage, let a few drops fall from spoon into a 1-cup glass measure half filled with cold water.

Drop will form soft balls, round in shape, when ready.)

Remove pan from heat and pour syrup mixture over chips and Marshmallow Crème in bowl.

Mix together gently, but thoroughly.

(Nuts may be added at this time, if desired, 1 or 2 cups.)

The fudge thickens quickly. Pour onto marble slab or pour into a foil-lined pan.

Let cool.
