Squash Casserole

Made with 2 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen squash, 1 chopped onion, 8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 2 wyler's beef cubes, dissolved in 2 tbsp. hot water and 3 eggs, beaten slightly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spray a 9 x 14-inch baking dish with Pam.
Cook squash and onion until tender; drain well.
Mash with potato masher.
Add all other ingredients.
Sprinkle small amount of grated cheese over top.
