Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 small squash, sliced, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour (plain) and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
Make sauce in skillet by combining butter, flour, milk and reserved liquid.
Cook until sauce is as thick as heavy cream.
Add salt, 1/2 cup grated cheese, pepper and squash mixture.
Pour into greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.
