Squeeze out as much moisture from spinach as possible; set aside.

In wide frying pan over medium heat, melt butter; add onion and mushrooms.

Cook, stirring until soft.

In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly; stir in onion mixture, bread crumbs, soup, 2 tablespoons cheese, pepper, basil, oregano and spinach.

Turn into a well-greased 9-inch square baking pan; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake, uncovered, in a 325Β° oven for 35 minutes or until edges are beginning to brown.

Serve warm or let cool.
