Spinach Salad
Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) bag spinach, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash spinach in lukewarm water.
Wrap well and chill in refrigerator to crisp.
Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, onion, salt and mustard; beat until dressing is thick and syrupy and sugar is dissolved.
Tear spinach into bite size pieces.
Add the bacon, water chestnuts and 4 of the boiled eggs (chopped).
Pour dressing over all; let stand 1/2 hour.
Slice remaining eggs and use to garnish top of salad.
