Spinach Mushroom Squares
Spinach Mushroom Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium onions, finely chopped, 1/4 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. margarine, 4 eggs and 2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook onions and mushrooms in butter in a large skillet until soft.
Beat eggs until frothy.
Stir in cooled onions and mushrooms, spinach, bread crumbs, soup, 2 tablespoons cheese and spices until well combined.
Spread mixture in a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 1 hour.
