Spicy Pecans
Spicy Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 1 t. water, 2 t. butter, 1/2 c. sugar and dash of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 250°. Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon water until frothy. Melt butter in a baking pan in the oven; stir frequently.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Put pecans in egg white and coat well, then put them into sugar and spices; coat well.
Place on melted butter in baking pan and bake at 250° 15-20 minutes or until done.
