Spicy Jalapeo-Shrimp Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. fresh or frozen large shrimp (in shells), 8 oz. dried linguine, 1 or 2 fresh jalapeo chili peppers, 2 tbsp. olive oil and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw shrimp, if frozen.
Peel and devein shrimp.
Cook linguine according to package directions.
Chop jalapeos finely.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add jalapeos, garlic, salt and pepper; cook and stir for 1 minute.
Add shrimp; cook and stir about 3 minutes more or until shrimp turn opaque.
Stir in tomatoes; heat through.
